This is a two-week training course. The training requires full time attendance and active participation of all the participants.
'Instructional Skills-2' is the second module in TITI's Basic Instructional Skills program. It focuses on classroom instruction.
The course language will be mainly English and whenever necessary, Nepali explanation will be given.

Apply principles of learning, the findings of research and adult learning strategies to conduct sessions effectively.
Plan and design training session using 5-D and simple lesson plan format.
Develop varieties of effective media for effective instruction.
Use varieties of instructional methods according to the type of knowledge (fact, concept, process, procedure and principle).
Demonstrate professionalism and the qualities of an effective and competent instructor.
Assess learners’ knowledge using appropriate test items.

Training ABROAD.
In Case of TITI Trainers used as resource persons for conducting training abroad:
USD 400/day per resource person will be charged for each effective/working day.
USD 150/day per resource person will be charged for each traveling and non-effective/working day.
Travel, accommodation and ground transport costs for resource person(s) will be borne by customer.
Training venue, material & other facilities related with training will be provided by customer.
Selection of participants and other costs related (for e.g. travel, accommodation…. Etc.) to participants will be the responsibility of customer.
