Introduction:

Education Department bears the responsibility for developing and maintaining the quality and quantity of long-term educational programs and courses.

Main Functions:

Leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation long-term educational programs and courses in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.

Main Tasks:

·  Leads the need assessment.

·  Leads the planning, implementing and evaluation of long-term educational courses

·  Leads the development of internal instructional material

·  Recommends staff development measures to the management

·  Reports to the management
