This training follows additional two sequential stages, both of which must be successfully completed before the individual is certified as a DACUM Facilitator. Stage 1 consists of a three-week training course. The training requires full time attendance and active participation of all the participants. Stage 2 consists of conducting an actual DACUM workshop under the close supervision of a certified DACUM Facilitator. This stage of training must be completed by at a later time and at the expense of the sending organization. Stage 3 consists of submitting an additional DACUM chart from a DACUM workshop planned and conducted by the trainee. The course will be conducted in English.
