Training

Introduction:

Training Department bears the responsibility for developing and maintaining the quality and quantity of training programs and courses.

Main Functions:

Leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation training programs and courses including OIS and OSU in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.

Main Tasks:

·  Leads the training need assessment.

·  Leads the planning, implementing and evaluation of training

·  Evaluates training programs and courses

·  Leads the development of internal instructional material

·  Organizes training follow-up visits

·  Recommends staff development measures to the management

·  Reports to the management.

The training department has the following 5 programs as branches.


1. Instruction Program: This program leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of Instructional trainings in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.


2. Curriculum Development Program: This program leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of curriculum development trainings in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.


3. Management Program: This program leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of Management trainings in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.


4.  Community Development Program: This program leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of Community Development, Occupational Skills Upgrading (OSU) and Occupational Instructional Skills (OIS) trainings in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.


5. E-learning Program: This program leads the need assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of e-learning trainings in accordance with the operational planning document and TITI rules and regulations.
