This is a two week training course. This is one of the components of TEVT Management and Leadership Training, a long term program of TITI. The training requires full time attendance and active participation of all the participants. The course consists of areas such as Financial Management, Budgeting, Accounting and Auditing skills. The training provides an overview with tools and processes in these areas. The training will be conducted in English / Nepali.

Make necessary financial decisions interpreting the financial statements.
Monitor regular financial activities within the organization.
Prepare budget
Make necessary financial decisions analyzing financial ratios.
Use government accounting system
Consider time value money while borrowing money as a loan and lending money as an investment
Select profitable project making necessary capital budgeting decisions
Make regular internal and external audits
Apply economic resource planning at work

Pricing - Category II

NOTE

Instructional materials, stationeries and supplies will be provided by TITI.
Mode of payment:
- 50% of the total amount should be paid before the commencement of the training

The above fee includes vegetarian lunch, and tea.
If training is residential the charge for breakfast, dinner and hostel will be separate. During the off-day, the cost of food has to be paid by participants themselves.
The cost above does NOT include:
- Any other allowances (daily and travel) of the participants.

In Case of TITI Trainers used as resource persons consultancy:

NRs. 9,000/day per resource person will be charged.

Note:

USD 250.00 will be added to the total fees (Pre-training and Preparatory Cost, Planning (review documents, rapid needs assessment), Materials preparation, Opening, Closing, Certification, Training report, Feedback and Debriefing Tea/Snacks (only two times a day)
Mode of Payment: - 50 % of the total amount should be paid before the commencement of the training. - 50 % amount after the completion of the training. · The cost given above does NOT include the following: - Participants' travel fare, meal, training allowances and other allowances. - Participants' accommodation
Additional 25% of Total Training Cost will be charged if the training will be organized off campus (out of TITI) in Nepal.

Training ABROAD. In Case of TITI Trainers used as resource persons for conducting training abroad:

USD 400/day per resource person will be charged for each effective/working day.
USD 150/day per resource person will be charged for each traveling and non-effective/working day.

Travel, accommodation and ground transport costs for resource person(s) will be borne by customer.
Training venue, material & other facilities related with training will be provided by customer.
Selection of participants and other costs related (for e.g. travel, accommodation…. Etc.) to participants will be the responsibility of customer.
