This is a two week training course. This covers essential elements of management development i.e planning for management development, diagnosing management development needs, content analysis process, management learning contracts, mentoring and coaching, handling cultural diversity within an organization and managing organizational change and reengineering. This training will be conducted in English or Nepali according to need.
